Pain relief in Miami Beach-gone
Saw James Ruff at Delaca Salon on South Beach with my wife, and almost fell asleep from the relief. James knows exactly what he’s doing and both my wife and I left super refreshed. Highly recommend and think you should invest in a recurring service.
James is one of the best PT come massage therapist I have gone to. He knows what he is doing , it’s just not pleasure stuff but real good therapeutic massage. Like you go to doctor and say where you have pain , you need to tell James and he helps you best. Good luck James !!

James has been my massage therapist for over 20 years and it was sad to see him leave NYC but I know the people in Miami Beach will be lucky to have him. He's kind, honest, and deeply talented with massage and healing work, I had been having trouble with my back and mobility in my shoulder, James used Reiki and deep tissue work and within a week my pain was gone and I found myself able to use my arm again. James also showed me simple Yoga exercises that have continued to help keep me out of pain. Good luck in your new location in Miami Beach, James!
