Please don't waste your time with this company their are so many better ones out there! Sunny was given a specific detailed job not only did he overcharge and do a half arse job . He never closed the DOT permit and waited for it to expire the work was poor and will have to be redone again ; it looks like you disables you're reply and pictures and videos ; My instructions were clear from the start: I wanted the curb to match my neighbor’s. On the day of the job, the scope changed without prior notice, and the final result left the curb in worse condition than before.
I strongly recommend that going forward, your company use detailed written contracts and communicate any changes to the scope proactively. This would help avoid the miscommunication that occurred here. you were paid more than the work you did please do not lie .. i have videos from my nest camera and receipts of withdrawals. Should consider and to keep away from this business..
A great job! Oberoi repaired our sidewalk perfectly and quickly! He arrived the same day we called to take care of it! Great business for the neighborhood!
Today I had roof remodeling done by Sunny and his 2 workers. Had 3 crenellations that all had significant leans. They removed sections of each and repaired what was left. They came on time and finished the job faster than expected. They did a beautiful job that I am more than satisfied with. I will be calling them for tuck pointing work also in the future based off the job they did today!
The masonry work on our building came out better than expected. The brick repair blended perfectly with the original structure, and you honestly can’t tell where the work was done.
The crew was neat, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. Everything was explained clearly and finished on schedule.
After talking to several contractors, I finally hired Oberoi Construction to fix our damaged sidewalk caused by the city tree.Sunny was very attentive and did the best throughout the process of acquiring the parks permit and everything that was needed for the jobs. Now, our sidewalk was beautifully done.Thank you for the professionalism your company showed. Highly recommended.
