Ray and his team were an absolute dream! We had a rat situation in our basement that countless exterminators couldn’t get a table on. It took a contractor to get the job done Ray and his team were able to seal up all entry points, assist in cleaning out a back “no man’s land” area, and re-tiling an unfinished part of the basement. Ray was so thorough. He helped with so many aspects of this renovation and clean out. We have never experienced someone as committed, communicative and consistent. Almost a year out and our basement is completely changed. It feels like an extension of the apartment -not a dreaded dead zone. Thank you to Ray and his team.

We've utilized Boccia for both residential and commercial projects. We've had issues with our basement flooding, and contacted boccia to install French drain throughout the basement. The job was completed quickly, and we haven't had any issue with flooding since. Boccia was also great with filing and submitting our local law 126 initial observation reports and annual parapet inspections for our commercial properties. We had initially gone with another company that completed ghosted us and did not complete the work. The deadline for the filing was approaching, but Boccia came to our site right away, and completed the inspection report and filing within that week. I cannot recommend them enough!
The folks at Zavza Seal helped me out with a water drainage issue in my driveway. I had been looking at various contractors to help with this and nobody up until then was able to recommend a suitable solution. Zavza Seal was able to answer my questions, give reasonable explanations and solutions, and provided a written agreement that described the work, and the warranty in detail. The work was done well and while I've yet to really stress test the drainage, I'm feeling optimistic.
