Used to be my go-to for my Ducati Scrambler, but I had an unpleasant experience today. The manager was shouting at me to move to “spot number 2,” even though that spot was clearly blocked off with tools. Not sure if he was just having a bad day, but the tone and attitude were unnecessarily aggressive.
I’ve always believed that how you treat customers says more about a business than anything else. It’s disappointing because I used to recommend this place to other riders around Queens and Brooklyn. For now, I’ll be taking my bike elsewhere — hopefully they treat people with a bit more respect.
I found this place last year randomly leaving work one-day. I stopped in the price getting my engine cleaned. They were super professional & personable. Answered my questions & pricing was great. Did a great job cleaning my engine. I've had them do a detail on mine, wash on my GF's suv. Both times to great results. I recommend them to my friends. Definitely a great spot.
The service was great and the work on my motorcycle was very well done. They took the time to wash the hard to reach places and the people were nice and friendly.
Don’t come this spot. Paid $120 for the first time visiting car hand washing. Very awful experience. This is no detail at all. Check the picture for quality.
This place is a Must GO the staff are very welcoming, The fact that my car was super dirty after not being washed for (5) Months the guy who cleaned my car took his Time (2hrs) believe after being there 2hrs I was very satisfied with his job!.
Price is very reasonable as well.
