They don't use their own product! This company is Alsop partially responsible for youHaving to deal with offshore call centers when you call for customer service or anything related to a "call center" from your credit cards to your hotel reservations to your cell phone maker to the service provider to your bank account to your Amex cards ! YES! AMERICAN EXPRESS has OFFSHORE CALL CENTER Country with the highest rate of credit card and telephone fraud in the world! This needs to stop, and customers need respect, not disregard and rudeness from the people who we gave the jobs to in the first place! The sales people make major residual income as well as "hire" inside people to give them the lead contact for new sales, as a "mole", and that person is paid BANK to provide the contact!the service from any one of a few large centers is subpar, and they have no oversize at all! Try asking for compensation for your product or time..that's a joke!
