We have had the pleasure of working with Michael Fasulo from Rodman Paul for a couple of years now. He has done excellent work on our gut renovation in NYC. His most outstanding quality is his immense patience, which is absolutely essential when dealing with regulators and coop/condo boards in the city, as well as stressed out clients (ahem). His firm seems to have high standards for quality and professionalism, and we have liked working with other members of his team. Finally, the man can draw! He was able to create fast drawings to help us visualize our space, and they were so good we're going to frame and hang them!
