This company is terrible . Don’t order if you need in a “timely fashion” because they won’y be delivered on time . There’s isn’t ANY communication what so ever . No customer service. You call the phone number given goes strait to voicemail never a return phone call . No communication through email . No real live tracking when to know your order will be received. If your looking for quick delivery go elsewhere we’re . This company is a scam
I purchased the acrylic jewelry box with a drawer and 25 pure white roses from Rose Box NYC in Soho about 8 months ago. I wanted to wait before reviewing to see if the roses truly held up over time, and I’m honestly amazed. The roses still look just as fresh as the day we got them. The quality is incredible. The acrylic drawer is spacious and fits more than just jewelry, which makes it really functional. Plus, it adds such a beautiful, clean touch to our living room décor. Highly recommend this as a gift, whether it’s for yourself or someone special. Totally worth it!
Rose Box NYC came through when the flowers I were looking for as Valentine’s Day gifts couldn’t be found anywhere else! I truly wish I had pictures of every item I ordered. The items I purchased were gifts for myself and family 🤗 Words cannot even begin to express how they went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for everyone. The arrangements were packaged beautifully and we have no complaints nearly 3 months later. Also, the company vows to fix any issues that may arise (possibly for the 1st year, but don’t quote me). I’ve had none, though 🧡 Blessings to this company and you have earned yourself a new forever customer!!!!
I purchased flowers off of the Rose box NYC and I will never order from them again. They came in absolutely horrible. They look like they were dead. The pedals were fallen off. They had no smell at all. They were absolutely awful when I contacted them. They refuse to do anything and told me that’s the way they’re supposed to look and they’re not supposed to have a smell. My advice to anybody is not to order from this company.
So pretty! I’ve seen these preserved roses for years from different companies but never ordered them because I didn’t like the box they use as a vase. Then these beauties scrolled by on instagram and I was immediately obsessed! The chic channel mirrored vase really ups the wow-factor and beauty of this arrangement. They have other vase options too, including the box style if that’s your jam. (Pro tip: they can remove the company signage on their other vase if you request it).
