I highly Safe Policies Insurance for any of your insurance needs. I have been working with Nelson Lai for a few years now and his knowledge and customer service is hard to come by. He has found policies tailored to my needs at very reasonable and competitive premiums. I always appreciate his patience in explaining the different policies and value his professionalism and advice.
Nelson is very helpful, informative and goes above and beyond, to help. Even though the kind of insurance I was looking for is outside his area of concern, he did his best to educate me about options and where I can learn more about products that fits my needs. If Nelson was willing to do this much for someone whose not his customer, I can only imagine what he'd do for people who are.

Nelson is superb:
- we had a complex and frustrating problem with our Health Insurance, we had reached an impasse, forced to choose between sub-optimal options and we were running out of time. His solution was highly creative, real out of the box thinking;
- he translated the theory of his suggestion, he did all the necessary work, in less than 24 hours, all we had to do was sign the paperwork and he brought that to our home;
- since then he has kept us fully informed of pending changes or options open to us, in this rapidly moving and deteriorating Healthcare market;
