Julius is just wonderful - super helpful and went out of his way to help troubleshoot some issues that he really didn’t need to bother with. Prices are reasonable for the area and they often have promotions. Facility is clean and state of the art.
Let me just say that I knew that I was in the right place when Trayvon greeted me the minute I walked in the door with a genuine smile and a strong handshake. He provided me with a tour of the facility, which was bright, airy, and very clean. There were no high pressure tactics. Instead, Trayvon provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision on my own. Once I had decided, the process was smooth and simple. Do not hesitate if you have storage needs on the Upper East Side!!!

Had a great experience storing my belongs here. The building was always clean and never had issues accessing my unit. They have carts on site if you need to move things from your car in. I did have an increase in my monthly payment not long after but I was aware of that before moving my things in. Daneysha and Julius were of great help, highly recommend !
Will was very kind, patient and helpful to me today. I really loved his energy. This was the first time I’ve felt this much joy paying for a storage unit. Will’s kindness played a part in that. Will is absolutely amazing. He also deserves a raise.
