Hayes and James Slade have been my architects for close to 20 years. The Slades designed and built our 10K’ publishing offices in Hudson Yards. As children’s content developers we needed offices that jump started creativity and innovation. Clients and new staff were drawn to work with us because of what Hayes and James created. The Slades also concepted, built, and continually refined our Great Jones Street living loft.
