When my daughter started speech therapy, she had lots of words but struggled to answer questions and use language socially. Meghan immediately recognized that my daughter is a gestalt language processor and tailored her approach to match. My daughter made a ton of progress and looked forward to every session.

Meghan is also the most neurodiversity-affirming practitioner I’ve ever met. If you’re looking for a speech therapist, I don’t think you could find someone better. She is literally the best.

I am so fortunate to have learned from Meghan, who is simply one of the best! She was my clinical educator in my Master's program, overseeing the process from planning to sessions to reporting. It is easy to admire her ability to build rapport with warmth and earnestness, whether with clients or her student clinicians. It is awe-inspiring to listen to Meghan share her extensive knowledge about child development and language with fluency, acumen, and compassion. She seems to create an environment that fosters honesty, vulnerability, kindness, and growth without ever breaking a sweat. Meghan wrote the book on active listening and is ever-attuned to people's needs, as though she anticipates their needs before they know it themselves.
As one of Meghan's student clinicians, I gained so much confidence in myself both professionally and personally. Her feedback reflects an individualized approach to our learning needs while still holding us to high standards. This is no different than how she approaches her clients and their needs. Her generosity with time and energy represents, to me, how much she cares about her people. Meghan leads with tremendous respect and humanity, which are through lines in all her work. She finds creative solutions by thinking outside the box, even under pressure.

Meghan is a dedicated, passionate, fun, and reliable SLP and is also one of my daughter's favorite people! She has been a wonderful addition to our family and we're so grateful for all that she has done to get our 3.7 year old daughter to Stage 4 (GLP framework). Our daughter was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Mixed Expressive/Receptive Language Disorder, and Semantic Pragmatic Communication Disorder at 2.5 years old and has been under the care of Meghan since then. We have watched our daughter progress from Stage 1-4 over the course of 10 months. It's heartwarming to see how far our daughter has come along with her communication. In addition to having sessions at our home, Meghan has also pushed into our daughter's classroom which we have found to be valuable. If you're new to the "GLP world" as a parent, need guidance on how to best support your child, and are looking for positive outcomes, Meghan will be an incredible asset to your child's support team.

Meghan is a miracle worker! Our son worked with her for a few months and made amazing progress; she was always highly professional, communicative, and so great with our son. He waited by the door for her every week! Meghan made sure we were fully updated on his target words and gave us tactics to use in between sessions. Highly recommend!
