I want to give a huge thank you to Ghandi and Angel at Storage Post. They were incredibly kind, patient, and professional during what was clearly a very busy, high-traffic day. Ghandi especially went out of his way to help me while I was experiencing issues setting up my account. He was thorough with the paperwork, took extra time to carefully review everything for accuracy, and made sure the process was handled properly. More importantly, I genuinely felt that he cared. Both Ghandi and Angel deserve a great deal of credit for how they managed the chaos of a demanding day while still maintaining such a calm, polite, and compassionate demeanor toward customers. Excellent customer service like this is rare and deeply appreciated. Thank you both for going above and beyond!
The young man Angel is true to his name he is truly an Angel. I have problems walking & standing so he often offers me a chair which eases my leg & back pain. Today he was especially helpful to me. Angel is very professional friendly and most importantly polite and respectful. I am a longtime customer & the workers here are all friendly but Angel is special. As a Certified Social Worker I see much talent and potential in this young man. He should not be overlooked because he has much more to offer your organization. He is special and truly deserves a promotion or a raise. Thank you.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your help since I got my storage back in november. Storage Post has clean climate controlled units, great deals, and a great area to pull up a truck or car for easy load and unload. The staff is so patient and helpful! Alberto helped me show me the lockers, upsize my unit, grab a lock, and was so patient and kind considering I’d gotten there at the very end of the day after a long roadtrip to the city. He really is a remarkable advocate for the business and NYC as a whole.
We received exceptional service from Alberto Peguero at the East Village location. He made the process super easy and even stayed late to make sure we could complete our check in. Very much appreciated! He was extremely patient, kind & respectful as well.
