I took my VTX for a rear tire New Fork Seals and upgraded Springs. These guys really knew what they were doing. They kept me informed every step of the way. Answered all my questions. Their prices were unbeatable. This is a place you can trust. That was big for me. That you can't pay for.
ive been looking for a shop that can change my scooter tire.. this shop does it. call, talk about the price , schedule it . thats it staright to the point.. jeff is a nice guy even gave me key chains and stickers. nice vibe too.. mechanic was also cool with his music .. works fast and clean .. thanks will come back again for my rear wheel
Street Cycles absolutely went above and beyond for my discontinued Victory Highball. I couldn’t get any real help from Victory dealerships back when they were still around, let alone now. I reached out to over 15 shops in New York trying to find someone who could replace my broken spokes and true the wheel, nothing. I even contacted shops on the West Coast, but the shipping and repair costs were insane.
Then I found Jeff and Kenny at Street Cycles, and these guys did phenomenal work. They handled the spoke replacement and truing perfectly, no wobble, no issues, and no change to the integrity of the rim or the bike. They even swapped out my tires and tubes and diagnosed an electrical problem that had multiple people (myself included) scratching our heads.
If you ride a rare or discontinued bike, or you’re just looking for a shop that actually cares and puts in the work, Street Cycles is the place. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks guys, I’ll be returning every time till ya’ll get sick of looking at my bike 😂
Oh, and the pricing and the communication is unmatched. I didn’t just leave with a working bike, but with a peace of mind.

That's all you can ask for. They gave me a standard price for work requested, but said if it requires us to remove items, it would be more. They called and gave me a final quote. It was more because it was more complicated. I gave the go ahead. It was completed in less than 24 hours.
My bike is a nightmare. Random problems I can't fix or don't have time for. I brought it to a (not to be spoken of store). I'd wait weeks. Get a call saying it's done, but they would tell me the price. When picking the bike up, I get a ridiculous price tag. Now spending time arguing that additional work that was "thrown in" was not asked for, and questioning the pricing just to get a final price that doesn't leave me eating ramen till the next pay day.
Truly appreciate the service and the communication. Sorry to say, you're going to be seeing my bike a lot.
Great place to take your motorcycle for repairs and general service. They also offer dent / paint repairs. Looking forward to taking my bike there more often. Only problem is it's a Cash Only shop! -my bike BMW S1000RR
