They did a hydrojet job for my business a few months ago. We needed a follow up on the same, spoke with George and he referred me to someone else, who then sent someone else over. They spent less than 2 minutes looking at the problem and said it would be covered under the warranty of the previous job. He then tells me that he’s calling the office to set it up, gets into his truck and just drives away, doesn’t take my call anymore. Then I get a call back from the guy George referred to me, stating that it’s not covered under warranty and starts selling me more services. Terrible communication, no coordination or accountability.
Had a very nice experience working with Mike at this company. They came by for a drain cleaning very quickly and I enjoyed his company as well. It’s always nice to get good customer service as well as quality workmanship. Thank you!
These guys are great. I really had an amazing experience working with George over here. They do great work. They’re always on time and every time they’ve done a repair for my water heater at multiple locations. The problem has been remedied and fixed with no further issues. Grade A company!!!
I had serious water heater issues and wanted someone I can trust for the job. When I met with Anthony from their company I was out at ease and hired them to replace the water heater. They did phenomenal work and very happy with the service I received. I just added keep up the good work at the end
