Awesome space and the staff was very welcoming and fun!
I had the pleasure of working with Yasmine, the business development manager over at HON New York. She was extremely professional, communicative, and made every effort to accommodate our organization that was seeking a private viewing event of the showroom.
I was able to make a last minute appointment with Yasmine to view the showroom and she was very accommodating. It’s a beautiful space and it was great to see an feel the pieces. I was able to find a few favorites and look forward to purchasing.
the store has only a few sample chairs and the staff knows less than what you can directly find via the webpage.
Bought a Hon desk because of the great warranty. The WARRANTY IS SMOKE, BOLOGNA, BULL! FAKE warranty, they don’t cover anything! Read carefully, only if it can be proven that’s its a defect. Obviously, if the desk is falling apart, it’s poor workmanship, or poor quality. They kept me on hold forever, then said they would call me back at 10:00, I ended up calling them, after 11:00. Company is a FRAUD! BEWARE!!!!!
