Our office underwent a very high-end renovation, and Benhar was absolutely awesome! I reviewed many furniture dealers, and I remembered that many years before, I had worked with Benhar on another office renovation project. I'm thankful for my memory because this time was no different – the team at Benhar was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, from the selection process to installation, and even post-installation. Stacy Stevens has been an absolute rock star, and I cannot be grateful enough to the Benhar team.
I was a little nervous because of the low reviews and being appointment only. I was going to be in NYC for a conference and contacted them ahead of time to see if they'd have any of those dates available. Mike was very helpful and prompt with his replies. On the day of the visit I came in at about the same time that another person had arranged as well and Mike walked us both through everything. It was a good chance to talk with the other visitor as well as we both tried out the various chairs. The visit totally changed which chair I was thinking of getting and Mike shared fabric/color options that aren't available in their online configurator. I took some swatches home and instructions on how to order. Thought about it for a week or two and sent in my order. I received my Leap a few weeks later and have had it 4 months and I've been very pleased with it. Thanks!!!
