UPS Store 4766 located at 82 Nassau St, New York, NY 10038 provided excellent and rapid apostille service throughout the entire process. Their customer service was outstanding, and they were very responsive to emails, which made a stressful and time-sensitive situation much easier to handle.
The process was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. I truly appreciated how quickly they handled everything and how communicative the team was.
The only downside was one male staff member who came across as very rude, which unfortunately affected part of the experience. However, aside from that, the overall service was excellent and reliable. I would still highly recommend them for anyone needing fast apostille services in New York.
They charge you $5 for opening an email and $1 per page for printing. I've been to 25+ UPS stores and have never been charged this much for printing a label. They're already making money on the shipping. The least they can do is charge a reasonable amount for the printing, like every other UPS store. Will be going to other UPS stores from now on. This is basically just extortion
Had to ship something early in the morning. Tried going to the UPS on Park Place, 7:30AM was their opening hours and no one showed up for 10 minutes. Decided to walk over to this one and it couldn’t be more night and day. Not only were they open at the listed opening time, but the store was very clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful!
Absolute Disgrace
This place is a complete disaster and an embarrassment to the UPS brand.
• Trash bins overflowing and filthy
• Self-service copy station covered in thick dust - clearly hasn't been cleaned in weeks
• Terrible odor throughout the store
• Random rags and rusty equipment boxes (looked like old AC units or office equipment) scattered near the exit
• The entire place looked like it had been abandoned or hit by a disaster
This is completely unacceptable for ANY business, let alone one that's supposed to be a professional service location. How is this even passing health and safety inspections?
Until this location gets a serious deep clean and proper maintenance, I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone.
One of the worst UPSs especially for a location in a high traffic area
The awesome part is they provide tape for free which is unusual
They have two self service machines but other people are slow and if there’s anything unusual you’ll need to wait in the regular line to drop off. And even if there is no one at the regular line, the agent will make you go to the self service line
The regular line agent both times I’ve visited appeared to have been competing with Flash from zootopia and they hate their job
