Exceptional work! Filing a trademark can be nerve-wracking. Attorney Shakera Thompson of the TKA Law Firm made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Law jargon can be intimidating, and attorney Thompson translated everything in a way that was much easier for me to understand. I’ve not only legitimized my company, but I’ve also gained one of the best attorneys in the business. I'm so glad that I've found TKA Law Firm to guide me as I create my LLC from the ground up. Shakera was very helpful with everything from giving me advice on creating a trademark and business name, my client services agreement and Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, blog disclaimers, etc. It was nice to have someone to do the overwhelming parts of starting a new business on my behalf!
My only complaint is that I wish there was a breakdown (explaining what certain things mean on filing documents) before I signed them. There were a little hick ups here and there but Shakera rectified them and I definitely learned a lot. I highly recommend TKA Law Firm to anyone building their business from scratch.
