I was so pleased with Neil's work on my pre-war apartment five years ago (which involved fully re-configuring my bathroom, removing a wall to open up space in my dining area, and more) -- that I chose to work with him again on the gut-renovation of a different pre-war unit. On both projects, Neil was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, collaborative -- and, when necessary, calming! He was great about Zooming with us to talk through the pros and cons of different options -- sometimes while simultaneously looking at his 3-D layouts of the apartment -- which made us feel more at ease when solidifying our decisions.
