Needed a notarized translation of my birth certificate on very short notice (about 2 hrs). Called several of the people/places that I found on Google, but all said that next-day turnaround was the best they could do. Losing hope, I decided to try one more place, and that place turned out to be Zenith A&S. I explained my predicament, and was asked to email a copy of the birth certificate. After calling back to confirm receipt, I was given a very reasonable quote and told that while promises could not be made, a best-effort attempt would be made to accommodate my request and that I'd receive an email upon completion.
I decided to head down to the Financial District to grab some lunch and wait. Checked my email while waiting for my food and saw an email from Zenith, less than an hour after the initial exchange, informing me that my documents were ready to be picked up.
Elated, I ran over to their office and was met by a friendly gentleman (the one I spoke with over the phone) who directed me to the desk of a pleasant and helpful young woman who verified my original document and completed the transaction. The translation was perfect, and included an extra copy as a courtesy.
They were very responsive and helpful from start to finish, and I wouldn't think of calling anyone else next time I need translation or notary services.
Personally, I sincerely appreciate your help with completing my case in a matter of days. I was amazed at the speed with which they have translated my documents. They were very reachable and responsive. I have used another translating service in the past and it was a nightmare as I could never talk to anyone and it took me a year to get my documents.
