The team was excellent. They were responsive, easy to work with, and answered all of my questions quickly and accurately. Their customer service was terrific, and they presented me with excellent health insurance options. That was not the case with other brokers I spoke with while shopping around.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable guidance and outstanding customer service.
UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW: I spoke with Josh and he is working hard to help me find a resolution. That is the most you can ask... THAT SAID: Buyer beware. I purchased health insurance through this brokerage. I specifically asked about whether my medication would be covered by the plan I was purchasing. The team did not provide any resources for me to check specific medications in advance and brushed aside my question. Once I bought the insurance, I learned that my medication, which is a life sustaining therapy, was fully not covered. It was actually very easy to find out the medication wasn’t covered, but I didn’t have the resources or access to check until I had already paid. I am currently unable to afford my medication and have not been able to get alternative coverage. I should not have trusted this company to guide me. CHECK THE FORMULARY YOURSELF. CALL THE PHARMACY YOURSELF. Due your own due dilligence on medications before you switch.
Talia and Josh are extremely responsive. They are wonderful to work with and very action oriented. They simplify a complicated process and provide a multiple of options.
