Sonali and Mokhalad, personal bankers at the branch, are both stellar. Always ready to help, takes care of any and all customers that walk in, and very knowledgable about all things banking related. They get the job done, always has a smile on, has a great attitude, and are a pleasure to have working at the bank. They get 5 stars...only because I can't give them more! Terrific!
We moved out of the NYC area for a period due to COVID and had an urgent issue. Manager Zorita Simmons was friendly and went out of her way to help. This was my best experience at any Valley National branch. I’m looking forward to continued business with this branch, and I hope Valley National recognizes the great work that Ms. Simmons does.
I had enough of this stupid branch. The lack of unprofessionalism is unbearable. The manager seats in her office and does nothing. I have been coming to this branch several times I had enough! I will from now on travel the extra miles to go to the branch on 6th. I have zero patience for this zero! It’s just so frustrating. Do a surprise visit to this branch and see what I am talking about.
