Vienna Calling is the most professional company I have ever worked with. I truly felt that every single detail I could (and couldn't) think of was taken care of.
In the lead up to the wedding, Teresa was always available to chat. She was super flexible, she was willing to chat at anytime, and she was very thorough. I was very impressed that multiple people from the company toured the venue (our church!) and made sure to reassure our church staff that they were, indeed, professionals.
The day of the wedding, I was absolutely blown away!!!!! They brought so much staff, and even brought someone who was a great point person for the wedding - she helped make sure everything happened on a great timeline, and she addressed every concern I had before it even appeared. Thank you Angel!!!
I haven't even mentioned the food - the food was AMAZING. Honestly, some of the best food I have ever had in NYC. Definitely the best food I have ever had at a wedding. The presentation, the quality, the taste, the originality - everything was amazing. Everyone was very professional. I really appreciated that they went out of their way to congratulate and recognize my husband's parents and my parents. They also went out of their way to accommodate our relatives with special needs in a very professional way, which was very appreciated.
We have gone home for Thanksgiving and Christmas since our wedding - and everyone has raved about the food at our wedding. Truly, our NYC wedding felt so much more special because we had Vienna Calling, and I cannot thank them enough!!
We had a wonderful experience for our company holiday event. They did a great job, super delicious food, nice and personable team staff, we absolutely love everything! Process wise it's also super smooth from the beginning to the event day, it was great and memorable. Highly recommend their catering services!
We were so lucky to have found Vienna Catering. The food was delicious (the focaccia was especially addictive), the service was professional, they worked with our budget, and they did their best to make sure we could have the day we wanted. Easily one of the best vendors from our wedding. Highly recommend!

You are true professionals, and your attention to detail genuinely impressed us. You went above and beyond, even taking care of things that weren’t your responsibility and checking the venue multiple times without being asked.
The food and drinks were absolutely exceptional - truly one of the best meals I’ve had. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire event. The food tasting alone was a memorable experience!
