Jim does a phenomenal job during the shoot and in post production. We have been very fortunate to have found him for our video shoots. He’s got a great eye for detail and design. And the sound quality of our interviews in action-packed settings is always so amazing.
Jim was quick to return my e-mail about filming my concert. He was very personable at the event and was flexible working in the space. He sent the edited clips to me within two days and adjusted the sound at my request. I found Jim to be professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

We asked Jim to help us make a video to show our guests at our wedding, and couldn't have been more impressed with the service we were provided. When we met Jim, he was patient, attentive, and took the time to make sure he understood exactly what we were looking for. He made sure every detail of the video was to our liking, and emailed us often about updates and questions. He was so easy to work with, and didn't mind at all when we asked for minor edits afterward.
He was extremely well priced, but more importantly made making our video such a fun process. Overall we SO happy with Jim and the way our video turned out. The guests at the wedding loved the video as well, and we were given compliments about it the whole night. We would HIGHLY recommend Jim to anyone.
Jim Chan from Visualgnome has produced about a dozen videos for my association over the past two years. Jim is a seasoned professional and his videos are wonderful. I particularly love the way he's able to adapt on the fly. We never know what might pop up when we're filming and we like to take advantage of serendipitous opportunities. Jim is always game.
