We are very happy with the work Window Repair did! They were easy to schedule an appointment with and delivered quick service.
They scheduled me very quickly, fixed my window frame and made the window much easier to opens, and billed me based on the quote they provided.
I called Window Repair and they responded quickly. I sent them photos with what’s wrong with the windows and they priced it by photos and kept true to their quoted price. They arrived in two days and quickly fixed 4 windows. Windows are back to new and tenant is happy and that makes me, the building manager happy! Thanks Window Repair! I had a good service experience with Window Repair USA. One of my windows was like a guillotine, very difficult to open, wouldn't stay up and it was really unsafe.
The other was stuck, difficult to open and unable to close shut. Scheduling was a breeze, they came out, gave an estimate scheduled the appointment and completed the two window repairs within a week. I appreciated the quick communication via text and the follow up emails. No games, no price changes just a very efficient, good solid service and business . Good service is hard to comeby these days, I was impressed and I highly recommend Window Repair USA!
