When you don't know, you don't know so you go to the Professionals/Experts who do know. I stopped in the office of Schwartz and Ponterio 6.11.26 to inquire about the website form I filled out and see if my situation meet the criteria to proceed with a case, I was greeted by Mr. Ponterio who didn't just flat out say NO, he invited me in to sit and discuss my situation; he took his time to listen, review, explain and give me insight to my initial case settlement, law language/terms, etc (something my retained attorney never did), he then proceeded to explain the ABC's of what is needed to proceed with a new case; my case the meet the requirements. Mr. Ponterio was personable, empathetic, honest, forward, patient, inquisitive and extremely helpful with the information (funny too). I was pleased with this as I haven't received this from the retained lawyer. My interaction with Mr. Ponterio is what I envisioned and believed should be with a Lawyer. I am in great appreciation and value of Mr. Ponterio, his time and insight; he went above and beyond himself to help and guide me in my current situation.
I highly recommend David Hommel! He was dedicated, responsive and had respect and patience throughout the matter he advocated for me.
