Dr. Boulting is incredible. She didn’t try to sell me into everything or add more to my list—she informed us exactly what our pup needed.
We’ve gone here for the past 3 years & I always feel like I’m getting the best care for my pup.
When I met with this new doctor yesterday, I was made aware of previous bad bacteria results found in Chloe’s last fecal test from Jan that I was never sent or told about. Not sure why this was never sent to me considering I paid a large sum for these results. I was told the fecal test came back normal. She didn’t need the antibiotic in my opinion because she no longer had any lingering issues to my knowledge. I also spoke to this doctor about some growths on Chloe and she made me aware of some tests that are available to test them for cancer which I was never made aware of prior. Strange considering I’ve been a client since 2018. I feel like I get different information depending on which doctor I see and that’s frustrating. My doctor has changed several times throughout my time coming to Worth and I really want to see someone who truly knows Chloe. Every time she is sick, we see someone different so the one time a year that she sees Dr. Green means he barely knows her at all. This is upsetting to me as a dog mom. I feel I spend more time with the techs than the actual doctors. I also don’t love that they aren’t open on weekends. It makes it really difficult when there is an issue and I’ve had to go to emergency centers in these instances. Everyone is typically very nice and I’m hesitant to switch vets but it’s very upsetting and frustrating when things happen like not receiving results I paid for.
I have been taking my (now 2yr old) Frenchie to Dr. Green since he was 8 weeks old. Besides being extremely knowledgeable, Dr. Green always offers multiple solutions and perspectives to any of our questions or concerns. He has always been reliable, thorough, supportive, and beyond informative in all of our interactions. I wish more doctors would lead by his example, as genuine care is hard to come by in this industry. Your pup will love him! And as an owner, you will feel at ease to have a skilled doctor that you can trust - and easily reach. Thank you WSVC!
We had an amazing experience with this veterinary office for my puppy’s cherry eye surgery. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly informative and reassuring both before and after the surgery. Throughout the entire process, they made sure to check up on both me and my puppy and provided all the necessary medications and clear instructions, which made everything feel much less stressful.
Everyone — from the front desk staff to the vet techs, assisting staff, and the doctor — was so kind, patient, and genuinely loving toward my puppy.
Dr. Francisco DiPolo is truly exceptional. You can immediately tell how knowledgeable he is and how much he genuinely cares about animals. When he first met my puppy, he even got down on the floor to examine him, which instantly built trust and showed how compassionate he is.
It’s now been 3 months since the surgery with no relapse at all. My puppy looks better than ever — you would never even know he had surgery or any eye issues in the first place. I’m extremely grateful for the care we received and would highly recommend Dr. DiPolo and his entire team to anyone looking for compassionate, skilled veterinary care.
I recently took my 5-year-old dog, Panda, to Worth Vet for his first dental cleaning, and it reminded me why we’ve trusted them since he was a puppy. Patti answered all my anesthesia questions beforehand and really put me at ease. After the procedure, Dr. Green explained the results clearly and even addressed another non-dental concern I had.
The vets here always take their time, explain things well, and Panda’s treatments and vaccinations have all gone smoothly so far. The staff is kind, organized, and always follows up after visits. Nick, their travel specialist, was also a huge help when we traveled to Europe. He walked me through the USDA paperwork, and now Panda has an EU passport.
Worth Vet has been a dependable part of Panda’s care. I highly recommend them!
