The folks at Zavza Seal helped me out with a water drainage issue in my driveway. I had been looking at various contractors to help with this and nobody up until then was able to recommend a suitable solution. Zavza Seal was able to answer my questions, give reasonable explanations and solutions, and provided a written agreement that described the work, and the warranty in detail. The work was done well and while I've yet to really stress test the drainage, I'm feeling optimistic.
Had Zavza Seal look at some foundational cracks that were not structural but I wanted to close up to prevent moisture / radon issues. They arrived and looked at my area of concern and then also asked if they could look around to see other areas where they could help. I am usually weary of this but they really did it in my best interest, and gave me quotes for just the work I requested plus a few other items they identified. I chose to move forward with some extra work due to the low add on cost and the fact that they were also cracks I was eventually going to seal myself. Was very happy with the results.
We hired Zavza Seal to repair and strengthen the joists and beams that support the main floor of our historic building. It was a very difficult job because the joists were rotting in a hard-to-reach area and we were working on a tight budget. Jake from Zavza Seal gave us a number of affordable options to address the problem. He demonstrated expertise and a desire to do the job right, which is exactly what we were looking for. We received a very professional and clear estimate and the company was very easy to work with. They showed up on time and were very responsive. The work turned out great. They used structural steel to support the beams in addition to repairing and waterproofing the joists. I could not be happier with this company and we will be using them again.

We reached out to Zavza seal to help us with 2 insulation projects: stopping a draft from coming in at our front door and insulating our kitchen where we did not have proper insulation and also had a bad draft that was freezing our pipes.
Zavza was very good at being responsive across the entirety of the project, from setting up an inspection for a quote, to getting in to do the project and addressing any issues we had.
As part of this insulation they had to remove our kitchen sink/cabinets and marble countertop that was attached to the wall and floor. They were very careful, did not do any damage and put it back together after insulating (pictures of that attached). We only had some small issues around the quality of some of the finishing work, but after speaking to the project managers, these concerns were quickly addressed.
If we have any additional insulation needs, we will be sure to use them again.
