We worked with Zeng Law Group for our property closing, and had a great experience. Kevin, our attorney, was incredibly professional and dedicated. He went through every page of the closing and loan documents with us, making sure we understood everything clearly. Any time we had questions, he explained things patiently and thoroughly.
There was a mistake from the bank involving the property tax document. After giving us clear advice and getting our approval, Kevin contacted the bank directly to fix it. He waited with us for over an hour until the corrected file was sent and the system was updated, just so we could sign everything properly. That saved us a lot of time and trouble.
The firm also had a support team that regularly reminded us of key steps before the closing and patiently answered our questions along the way.
