I don't usually leave reviews but this experience was extra gross. I pursued being matched to a financial advisor through Nerdwallet, which uses Zoe Financial as its middleman to facilitate the relationship. I was "matched" to a firm that Nerdwallet had recently purchased and one of founding advisors from that firm reached out to me. As it turns out, this is the only possible firm you can be "matched" with so Nerdwallet is effectively steering all potential clients to themselves and have zero incentive to partner with any other firms. The call with the advisor was reasonably productive however the followup call with Preston from Zoe was not. I stated that because of my particular situation, which I explained to Preston in our intro call, I was looking for an accountant for my situation as this is partly what Nerdwallet advertised. After stating that I was weighing my options, Preston said he'd "close the loop" on this relationship and immediately hung up on me before I could ask if Zoe partnered with any CPAs instead of strictly CFAs.
TL;DR disingenuous business relationships, rude customer service that calls you after business hours and apparently gets annoyed when you don't do what they want.

I was contacted by one of your Financial Advisors and moved my account from TD Ameritrade to Futureyouwealth. Me. Ryan Sterling has already helped me by getting old accounts back, which were sold by TD Ameritrade, without my understanding. I trust Mr. Sterling’s acumen and to date I’m very happy
