Called and right away phone was picked up by somebody who sounded like they didn’t even wanna be there. Still nicely I asked a simple question if they do inspections on Saturdays instead of a “no we’re closed on weekends” it was “ wELL wE wOulD iF wE wErE oPeN”. Sass for no reason.
DO NOT go to this scam motorcycle repair shop! I took my motorcycle and bring a small engine cooling fan to them for installation. They said it would take two hours, $135 per hour, and told me to pick it up in two days. However, a day later, they called to tell me the part wasn't suitable for my motorcycle and I'd have to pay an extra hour's labor if I wanted it installed. They deliberately lied and said it would take three hours to install such a simple part when it could have been done in an hour! They just wanted to charged me an extra hour. They also demanded $400 in cash without giving me a receipt. Furthermore, their annual motorcycle inspection fee is outrageously high, ten times the government-mandated price, and they insist on all payments in cash, without even a receipt!
Rick is a chill guy very straightforward brought my bike for an inspection after almost 2 years and took care of me no problem. Very honest shop which is hard to find nowadays.
Visited Zoni's a few weeks ago to get my Vespa scooter inspected. They were open and available on a Monday and even took me a bit early. I was very appreciative of their services and the helpful advice about scooter parts too. I don't have a car, but it seems like a knowledgeable shop for cars too! Would definitely come back.
Quick in and out on my bike service. Zoni was friendly, gave great advices.
Will be back again.
