Thankful for my extended family for bringing me here. Self-care was definitely needed! Today’s spa experience was everything peaceful, relaxing, and refreshing. The massage helped me reset, recharge, and release so much stress. Taking time to care for yourself is important too. Grateful for this moment of wellness and relaxation. nothing but love here at zz spa. jenna was sooo attentive and sweet. yolanta was my masseuse. i got the 30 min birthday package and they delivered. i don’t love too long of massages so this was PERFECT. here’s some pics i took while i was here.
ZZ Day Spa is truly an amazing experience in New York City. My sister has had a membership for some time, and I’ve been lucky enough to use it for several services—including a couples massage for my husband’s birthday.
One of the best things about the membership is the value. You pay a monthly fee, and each service is offered at a significantly discounted rate. Even better, if you don’t use your monthly service, it rolls over. Because of this, my husband and I were able to use two unused credits from my sister’s membership for a birthday massage, which made the experience even more special. The membership also comes with great perks like gift cards for services such as massages and laser treatments.
I’ve visited both the 36th Street and 56th Street locations on weekdays, and each time the service has been exceptional. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff makes you feel genuinely valued. The added touches—like complimentary mimosas—really elevate the entire experience.
The massage therapists are incredibly skilled, and the facials are just as impressive. Every service I’ve received has been relaxing, professional, and high quality.
After such consistently great experiences, I’ve decided to sign up for my own membership—it just makes sense given how wonderful both locations have been.
At the 56th Street location, Jenna (the “Day Maker”) is fantastic and makes the best mimosas! Viktoriya, the manager, is equally wonderful—she connects with guests in such a warm and personal way that makes you feel right at home.
To the 56th Street team: thank you for making my husband’s birthday so memorable.
And to the 36th Street location, where my sisters and I enjoyed a spa day together: thank you for making our time so special and unforgettable.
Had the most amazing experience from to start the finish. Our host, Zina, was incredibly welcoming, kind, and knew exactly what I was after. It was so nice to hang out in the lush surroundings prior (moving images of a beautiful vista and the sounds of the ocean were a delight). The massage itself was iconic. I feel like a million bucks and the pressure and attention to detail was exquisite. Highly highly recommend.
The service at this spa was exceptional! From the moment I arrived, being welcomed with champagne made me feel truly pampered.
My massage therapist was fantastic—professional, attentive, and skilled. Everything about the experience was top-notch.
I highly recommend their membership if you enjoy visiting once a month; it’s very convenient and comes with great perks. Plus, there are other promotions that make it even more worthwhile.
Definitely a spa I’ll be returning to!
