My business has been using 48first for about 8 years now. We rely on them for the typical day-to-day technological issues and assistance as well as larger projects that can’t go wrong—including new hardware and software instillation. The response time is second to none, and—if needed—they have a tech guy on site quickly. They’ll do what is needed to get our systems back in line, online and running quickly, including after hours help. Before using 48first, we never stuck with an information technology companies for very long, and I think our 8+ year relationship with this business speaks to their professionalism and effectiveness in providing a inclusive package of services that fits our needs.
48FIRST is really as awesome as it gets. It seems like no matter what the situation was Marisol or one of the on-site IT guys can find a solution. Every employee I’ve dealt with at this business has had the right answer for every question and a solution for every problem. Even when we encounter a problem we feel much better once 48FIRST comes to help us, diagnose the issue, and tell us what they’ll do to fix it.
I know from personal experience they have your business’ best interests at heart. To this day when we need any technical advice I contact Peter to ask for his expert opinion. I have recommended this company to many friends and associates and many have hired them and each and every one of them were happy with that choice. Awesome company.
These guys manage our computer networks and do a fantastic job in doing so. We have over 50 users and are planning on expanding and this is the third time I’ve had Peter and his guys do the work needed for expansion. Due to the fact we opened another office there was a lot to get done. These guys do a great job with the cabling (super minimal) and I like that my employees can also work using Wi-Fi on their laptops if they’re moving around. I’ll continue to use their services!
We hired 48First to update our IT. My coworkers complained about our internet and although I was somewhat oblivious I contacted 48 as I was the ‘lucky’ one to get stuck with that assignment. We now have faster, more reliable internet as well as file sharing. I like that they have 24 hour help desk support. I also like the monthly system reports as I can control and monitor our system to make certain it’s running as well as possible. I trust these guys and you should too!
I work in a small office of 10 people and we were having a few networking issues. I called Advanced and scheduled for a tech to come out the same day. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and fixed all my problems within 2 hours. I thought their rates were extremely fair. I was happy with them and would definitely use them again.
