I rarely write reviews, but this company truly earned one. From the beginning, Bob worked with me personally and immediately made me feel comfortable. I’m not someone with technical expertise when it comes to printer repairs, and he patiently explained every step, every possibility, and every realistic outcome in plain language I could understand. He was honest, reassuring, and never made me feel pressured or confused.
The technician, Everton, was outstanding. He was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and took the time to ask thoughtful questions so he could fully understand the issue with my Brother printer. He explained things clearly and treated me with respect throughout the entire visit.
The issue ultimately turned out to be a feeder problem requiring replacement, but Everton worked hard to improve things and got the machine functioning temporarily while helping me understand the bigger picture regarding repair costs versus replacement value. I deeply appreciated the honesty.
Good technical skills matter, but honesty, kindness, communication, and integrity matter just as much. Bob and Everton provided all of that. Finding service people you can trust isn’t always easy these days, and I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Excellent service! Bob was extremely responsive, and helped quickly schedule an emergency repair that was critical. The technician was courteous, communicative, and respectful, and was able to fix the two printers quickly - and they work amazing now!
