Staff doesn't return calls ,email,or letters. Have account need information. They keep billing .have canceled check. Automate system doesn't work .No human talk to after this email .the problem was correct

Any bad reviews this company gets is unjustified. All Data Health has been the best thing that happened to my Internal Medicine Practice. The biller Udy is very dedicated. The ownership cares about the clients and physicians. I highly recommended them to any practicing physicians with any low satisfaction with their previous biller or billing companies
This is a balance billing scam. They sent a notice saying I have a OON balance of $6k. They don’t even specify my plan or what the balance is for. Plus, it came in a manually scotch taped envelope.
If you’re going to try to scam people, at least try to present yourselves better!
