Worked with Max and the team at All Taxi Management on a time-sensitive production in NYC, and they were excellent from start to finish.

On October 25, 2025 at around 3pm, my husband and I were transported from JFK airport to the Club Wyndham hotel on 45th street in Midtown Manhattan. I inadvertently left my raincoat in the cab.
Shortly after check-in and arrival to our room, I received a phone call from the front desk asking if I had left my raincoat in a cab. I said "YES" and the concierge said that someone was there in the lobby with my coat!
I flew down the elevator and there was our taxi driver with my coat! He said that his next fare had told him there was a coat in the backseat. After dropping off that gentleman, he returned to the Club Wyndham and told the concierge that he had recently dropped off passengers there and he thought it was my coat.
I was so happy and relieved to get my raincoat returned! I thanked him profusely and gave him a small tip, which he initially tried to refuse. I told him how much the jacket meant to me, as it had belonged to my mother who has passed away. He was so gracious and he said " Now I can sleep tonight with a clear conscience."
I believe his name is Sweg Singh. Please extend my gratitude to him for going above and beyond! He is a true angel!

I tried to get a cab just now out of Mt Sinai Hospital going to Queens. Three ( 3) drivers refused to take me to Queens. This is why the medallions lost their value. The lazy workers only want to travel in Manhattan. Four million peopke live in Queens and Brooklyn. Thank goodness for Lyft and Uber. They are the best thing to happen to NYC!
I waited about 2 weeks for a 2020 Toyota Seinna which I was given with only a $952.00 deposit.
Got lucky because it drives in ECO mode.
The weekly expense for the car and lease is only $785.00 which even includes the credit card fee.
Any repairs I have to make but plenty of money will be saved for that event at this rate.
I now work alone and don't deal with another driver which has made my life 195% easier.
I see this model as the future for yellow taxi drivers.
After 3 years you can keep the car if you like or keep working it up to 7 years.
If you drive yellow I highly recommend and hope these other outdated reviews don't sway someone in the wrong direction.
