They weren't able to help me personally after speaking with a representative, which is fine. I understand. That conversation was great. But I later received several more calls and was rudely hung up on when i answered one. (by a different staff member) Its not really appreciated. I understand you not being able to work with my situation, but being rude once you realize the call was not what you wanted is not great. Even after I said I had spoken with someone else and it wasnt going to work out.
