If I could give AV Crafts 10 stars I would. I have a legacy Lutron system and scoured NYC to find anyone capable and willing to figure out my existing system without trying to upsell me on a new system. Chris, Andrew and team are masters of their trade, have a wealth of experience (with all the necessary hardware) and operate at the highest level of integrity and professionalism. If you are evaluating a Lutron smart home installation or servicing, bring them in for a quote and ask them to provide my contact information as a reference and I'll walk through all the ways these guys went above and beyond.
Great experience with AVC. I walked through my entire apartment with Chris and he was able to set the Lutron light settings exactly to my needs. Each room with different settings. Chris' knowledge is outstanding and made the expansive system seem super easy to control and edit to my likings!
Extremely professional. Paul Austi has done 2 of my homes. I wouldn’t use anyone else. The experience from renovation to finishing touches was seamless with AVC. Calvin and Marco have been my project managers and have gone over the top in regards to install and service.
Wish I could give more than 5 stars. AVC set up all my Sonos sound systems and my home theater. Everyone I interacted with was extremely professional, insightful and patient while my wife and I went back and forth on what we wanted. If I end up moving or getting another place I will be using them again. I worked with Andrew Austi and he was very straightforward and willing to work with us to get us the best possible system at a reasonable price. The tutorial process with Joel really helped us fully understand all the possibilities with our integrated system.
Audio Video Crafts completely exceeded my very high expectations. From the very beginning, working with Andrew was such an incredible experience. Andrew is thoughtful, creative, detail-oriented yet easy-going and truly has the most amazing vision and talent. Andrew really took the time to make sure every detail was done to perfection. The crew that installed everything on site was prompt, professional, clean and efficient. You can tell everyone at AVC is passionate for what they do – they are a wonderful team of hardworking and genuine people. My new sound/TV/lighting/shade system is truly a dream come true. I am so thankful I found/hired AVC - highly highly recommend!
