Be very careful when ealing with this company. I went by the picture in ordering a Box of Aquacel Ag Advantage Dressings. They sent one dressing. Notice the difference in the packaging. VERY DECEPTIVE
I ordered a much needed Human Milk fortifier on 2/15/23. I need it for the next day because it was to be sent abroad and the person taking it was leaving in the late afternoon the next day 2/16/23. Kevin took my order and made sure I get it on time. Beside emailing the tracking information, he follow up with a call to let me know that it was shipped and that I will get it by midday the next day. The package came in the early morning. He follow up with a call to make sure, it has arrived on time. He also made sure to let me know that the supply was going to be on back order in order to give me the opportunity to secure the milk in case we need it. I am grateful for all he did. It was not posible to get this product in my country. Thanks to Kevin, my three pounds newborn nephew will have the nutrients he needs to actually survive. Thank you Kevin for caring and being so helpful.
I was so happy to find a pillow I had been searching for and found Axiom and decided to order on line. The next day I received a call from Kevin James who mentioned this order might take awhile. A couple or more weeks in fact. I was surprised by the call the next day. He followed up when it was ready to ship and to make sure I received it. It's hard to find good customer service these days. Kevin went above and beyond with excellent customer service. He deserves 10 stars in my book. Thank you Kevin for going out of your way to make sure I received my order. Yes I highly recommend this company and will order again **********
I had a suspicious experience with this company. I placed an order and paid for the order and then was informed that the price had increased and I needed to pay a higher price. The company refused to fulfill the order unless I paid the "new" price despite already having a receipt from the completed transaction. When I spoke to customer support, the responses were in broken English which further raised my suspicion. Recommend using caution here. I will be keeping an eye on my credit card transactions.
If it was not for Kevin, I would have asked for a refund on my order. With loving in Covid days, we forget all things do take time and patience is the way to go. Kevin from Axiom was extremely helpful. Listened to my concern around the time my order was taking and then ensuring he was personally reach out to me with updates. Today he called to provide the tracking number with all other details that i needed. Just for this gentleman and his way of handling my situation, I will be coming back for reorders. Thank You!
