This soda water company has been my provider for years, and wouldn’t change them because if they short on a case one day, the next day I’ll get my items. They really go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you guys !

This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The CSA agents are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. There is zero professionalism and no willingness to resolve issues. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from doing any kind of business with this company. Management should be seriously concerned about how their support agents speak to customers, because this level of behavior is unacceptable and damaging to the company’s reputation.

This is not a critique but a clarification. I just called and despite one reviewer stating you don't need a business or wholesale license to buy from this business, the person on the phone who I spoke to told me that is NOT the case and that they sell ONLY to businesses. The gal I spoke to was NICE hence the 5 stars but I do believe this info should be posted in the details of the business for clarification purposes.

I live 4 States away from this Wholesaler. These kind people made sure I was Absolutely Satisfied with my purchase. Just like i lived down the street. Very Professional with their Public Relations. I will do business again with these kind people and will Recommend them to my Family and Friends.
