Being forced to deal with Billing Geeks has been one of the worst experiences of my life. They're incompetent and uncaring. They gave me the wrong information about my copay multiple times, they bill inconsistently making it very difficult to keep track of how much I owe and impossible to know when I'll owe it, and they charged an old card after I switched my payment information, meaning that 1. they kept a card on file after being asked not to, which is an unsafe practice, and 2. a large amount of money was taken from my debit card unexpectedly, which could have affected my ability to pay other bills. On top of all that, there have been several times when I've called or emailed to try to get these issues resolved, and they don't respond.
