We've utilized Boccia for both residential and commercial projects. We've had issues with our basement flooding, and contacted boccia to install French drain throughout the basement. The job was completed quickly, and we haven't had any issue with flooding since.
Boccia was also great with filing and submitting our local law 126 initial observation reports and annual parapet inspections for our commercial properties. We had initially gone with another company that completed ghosted us and did not complete the work. The deadline for the filing was approaching, but Boccia came to our site right away, and completed the inspection report and filing within that week. I cannot recommend them enough!
I required foundation repairs for my 108-year-old house. Boccia dispatched an expert who thoroughly assessed the foundation, devising a plan to address cracks and leaks. After approving the estimate, their team performed professional repairs and cleanup. Post-work, I noticed an unrepaired crack in an interior wall of the original cottage foundation, which was not a leak concern. They promptly sent a technician who resolved the issue the following day. I highly recommend Boccia for any foundation-related needs, as their team demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and quality workmanship throughout the process.
We had our front stoop repaired after the damage that was done by the blizzard this winter. It looks like brand new, better than it looked when we first moved in.
They also power washed my patio and filled in all the areas that needed to be done.

We recently had our basement waterproofed and couldn’t be happier with the final result. The workmanship was excellent, and we now have real peace of mind every time it rains. Much of the work was completed in a very tight crawl space and small utility basement, which made the job especially challenging. The crew truly went above and beyond — hands down the hardest-working team we’ve ever had in our home.
Like many larger projects, there were some unexpected challenges along the way, which was understandably stressful at times. However, the project manager and owner were attentive, listened to our concerns, and addressed them professionally and promptly. Their responsiveness, integrity, and commitment to doing the job right without cutting corners really stood out.
In the end, the quality of the work speaks for itself. We’re incredibly grateful for the effort the entire team put in and would highly, highly recommend them.
Wonderful job! So happy with the work that was done and with the robustness of the waterproofing system installed. The installing crew went the extra mile in every respect, and left the place looking as if they’d never been there. Had also gotten quotes that were more expensive and that only offered half the coverage as Boccia Brothers installed. Highly recommended!
