I couldn't recommend Born Social more highly! We've been working with them on our social media and content creation and the difference has been huge. The team is creative, on the ball and genuinely easy to work with, they really take the time to understand your brand rather than just churning out generic posts. If you're after a social media agency in Brooklyn that actually gets it, these are your people.
Long overdue but didn't want to jinx anything! I reached out to Born Social late last year to inquire about their services and how they could help me get to where i wanted to go. Full disclosure, social media and everything that goes into it is not my forte.
My goal was to curate an elevated NYC concert for unsigned indie bands and use social media to tell the story of how we get there. (A passion project come to life)
I received an email from Janelle in response to my inquiry to set up a call and discuss my plans. From the get-go Janelle was super patient as i described the vision for what I wanted to accomplish. I'm not familiar with socials jargon and she dumbed it down for me which put me at ease throughout the conversation.
I was later connected to Sonja for an onboarding zoom. This was the most productive hour ever. She asked all the right questions and probed further to ensure she was really getting what we're about and the mission at hand. Made it so easy.
Over the next few weeks they were able take all our information and create our Brand Guidelines, Logo, Social Templates etc. During the process we would collaborate on the many decisions needed to be made until we got there. Very professional but so easy to work with.
Communication was always timely and their professional guidance was second to none. We couldn't have gotten to this point without them.
Here we are (7) months later and (3) months away from the concert and our website and socials/website compliment each other with fonts, colors and vibe! I'm forever grateful to Born Social for helping bring this dream to life! BS met all our needs and that's no bs!!!
