The drivers of boro wide recycling use truck air-horns on neighborhood streets. They often lay on the horn, or repeatedly honk, even after the message has already gotten across to whomever is double parked or crossing the street. These horns are over 120 decibels meaning that they cause HEARING DAMAGE. On city streets any pedestrian walking by will get an earful. I witnessed boro wide recycling to honk loudly and endlessly tonight around 8:50pm.
Honking within the five boroughs for non-emergency reasons IS illegal, but boro wide honks frequently with horns that are graded for highway use or even trains, not for small neighborhoods.
You cant getAnyone on the phone, you cant get any responses on email either.
Romy is amazing! She replies fast, actually solves problems, and never ignores messages like many other sales reps do. She’s reliable and easy to work with. Definitely five stars.
I’ve been with these guys for over 15 years and all 4 of my establishments are serviced by Borowide. Steve Bozac is always there to pick up the phone if there were any issues any time of night. They make taking out the trash easy!
I was thinking to make this review for a long time. Steve Bozac a sales rep worked our accounts, he's very very RUDE, whenever we try to contact him, never answer, no reply except for one time when he talks to us with a bad attitude and hung up quick, seems we woke him up at almost 11 am, he just said call customer service and hung up.
I called the company, to complaint & request a change of rep, they clearly are covering him,, they put me on hold and the call drops 3 times. if I can I will do 0 stars
