I want to give a big shoutout to the guys from Capital Sprinklers — Kevin, Carlos, Jason, and Robert — for doing an amazing job at BronxWorks, 800 Barretto Street. Their hard work, professionalism, and dedication really showed throughout the job. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and their teamwork did not go unnoticed. Great work and much respect to the whole crew for getting it done right.
Shout out to Diego & Omar from Capitol fire sprinkler co, for coming out to our building (23-25 ), making sure our fire protection sprinkler system is in working and satisfactory conditions to pass our 5 year hydrostatic test with the FDNY. Our building is grateful and pleased with them for being able to make this happen. Highly recommended company and highly recommend these guys to come do the job.

We had a major emergency leak in our building over the weekend and were incredibly fortunate to have Capitol respond. From the first phone call, Kevin was professional, and clearly experienced in handling urgent situations. He was very helpful.
He arrived quickly, assessed the issue thoroughly, and got to work immediately to stop the leak and prevent further damage. What really stood out was his efficiency and attention to detail — he didn’t just fix the immediate problem, he carefully inspected the surrounding system to make sure everything was secure before leaving.
Working on a weekend emergency isn’t easy, but he maintained a positive attitude and kept me informed every step of the way. His responsiveness, expertise, and commitment to safety gave me real peace of mind during a stressful situation.

Diego came out on 2/2 to address my burst pipe, he was great! Very informative and knew what he was talking about, very book smart but also street smart on handling issues. He walked me through his process and its following steps and helped me understand not only the issue but best ways to address it in real time but also, types of preventive maintenance. Would definitely love to have him work on all of my sprinkler systems!
