Inaccurate information posted on tracking site. Package shouldve been delivered yesterday. This morning it says it was out for delivery. I get in contact with CDL to confirm at 330pm. Customer Service rep states that warehouse doesnt usually deliver on Weekends. She places me on hold to confirm. Once she returns to the line she say no they arent delivering today. It wont be delivery until Monday. My response is wow you site says its out for delivery today... she flat out says ok.. I say ok?!?! Ma'am no apology or nothing just ok. She says there's nothing I can say about about that. I see why they currently have the low rating they have. Unprofessional... horrible customer service experience from the website to the representative on the phone. My package shouldve been here for Mother's day.
By far the worst shipping company I've ever dealt with. They're literally just holding onto my package at the sorting facility and refusing to ship it in a timely manner. If you use fragrancenet.com be weary given neither company is willing to do much to remedy the situation. Would give zero stars but its not an option
Edit: they lost two shipments in the same week and now I have to play phone tag while waiting even longer for my package. At least the company i ordered from will use ups this next time. Ups a real shipping company that you'll know in real time what's going on
I am with the majority— if I could give this courier service negative stars, I would. Their drivers need better training. Some diligently perform their tasks while others are plain negligent. It’s quite unfortunate that I may have to forgo ordering from iherb, since they exclusively utilize this company for my area— but I have had enough with this cycle of carelessness.
I was expecting a reshipment from iherb because my most recent order from last week contained a broken item. Fast forward to today, I hear my apartment buzzer sound, so I answered. The courier announced herself, so I let her in. After a while of not hearing any approaching footsteps at my door, I assumed she left my package in the mail area. Oh no, was I gravely mistaken after reviewing the status photo. She had left my package in open view at my building’s entrance. I quickly went downstairs, and fortunately, I was able to retrieve my package. However, I cannot say the same for a few months ago, when an identical incident occurred. I don't know if a passerby had swiped my package in such a short span of time, or if the unethical occurred. But either way, I don't like the hassle and frustrations associated with these negligences.
I've dealt with them via Rent the Runway and again via iHerb. I have a specific instruction on my doorbell to not ring it as my dog gets scared, to simply leave the package, but the guy proceeded to ring anyways. Then, when I ignored him, he proceeded to ring me on my personal cell phone, how on earth did he obtain that info? I consider my privacy infringed and consider this a disturbance. I would choose UPS, USPS, or FedEx any day over them. Also I had to cancel my rent the runway subscription because of them completely.
When I saw all these horrific reviews on this company, I was very worried that my package wouldn't arrive. I ordered a Sweatshirt from NBA Fan Store on December 10th that said it would arrive by Christmas. Much to my surprise it was out for delivery on the 13th (today). I turned on my cameras waiting for it or someone to arrive. Well a Driver named Claudia rang my doorbell n I saw her driving away. The package was left right where it should be on my doorstep. It had what it was supposed to inside as well. I'm very happy with how everything transpired with this delivery. Just came here to support this company who gets a tremendous amount of hate. Thanks for the timely delivery.
