Horrible experience! THEY COST me timely orders and a photo shoot.
They smile in your face taking your money but you always see someone's character when its time to take accountability.
Came there to order and the customer service lady was clearly very distracted. I made it a note to point it out to Mohammed that I needed them to focus and that I dont want anything to go wrong. He tells me not to worry give her the order and he'll make sure I'm good. I repeated and made sure they noted the colors.
Upon pick up a week later. I come to pick up merchandise and IT WAS WRONG.
They messed up. I calmly mentioned " I think this is the wrong color. " The lady who took my order rudely and aggressively ask me "WHERE? Where is it wrong?"
We walk over to the computer and I show her what was written, show her the hat and asked her "is this whats on the computer?" She then ignores me and turns around to deal with another customer.
I ask her for Mohammed who took my order then she tells me that I have to wait, that I am being rude because I'm interrupting while she's is dealing with a customer.
Now I have to reorder and remake somewhere else costing me my time, and business reputation.
The people who I dealt with never apologized and I got a refund only after asking for one.
The worse part is brand reputation seeing as they kept the hats that I used and resell it tarnishing my brands exclusivety.
MISTAKES HAPPEN. NOT CARING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS IS INTENTIONAL.

First I want to say that before they had a store downstairs, they was great. Vinyl good and customer service was good as well, but now that downstairs part, not so much. Some of them have nasty attitudes, they was watching me to make sure I didn’t steal, I guess because I have some melanin in my skin, or the fact that I’m apart of the LGBTQ+ community, idk but I didn’t like the feeling nor the energy in the store. They have some good clothing can’t lie but what I won’t do is give my money nor my energy to a place that’s not giving it back. They’re over priced, they don’t budge on price and work things out with you unless your buying 12 or more, which I think is a bit ridiculous, knowing what I know in this business, they can flex a bit, especially if your gonna keep coming back. Now for that I went to J.P.T clothing on 48 w36th st, a few blocks away and found the same thing that was looking for, for a better price and they still worked out a deal on top of it. I also went there for some shirts a week ago and they gave me a great price for 6 shirts, they are very welcoming and understanding and that’s where I would rather spend my money and my energy.

Excellent experience with this garment printing service. They offer great options and exceptionally fast turnaround. We brought in jackets and hoodies to have our logo printed on both front and back — the work was completed quickly and with high quality. The owner was welcoming, even included a few extras, and we enjoyed a friendly conversation while we waited. Highly recommend their service for custom apparel!

Cre8 is the BEST place to print your creative images on to a heat press transfer. If you don’t have a heat press of your own, they are happy to press the images on to a garment and professionally package it for you. I have been visiting Cre8 for over a year and have used them for our school events, PTA meetings and for personal projects. One color or multicolor- no problem. Cre8 is there for you. I love them!

The hospitality and respect, as well as feeling welcomed as soon as you walk into the store. it’s just amazing. I will continue to bring business to this company.
