We recently had motorized shades installed in our home, and the whole experience was fantastic. After getting quotes from a few different companies, we decided to go with this team, and we're so glad we did. From the very beginning, everyone was friendly, easy to work with, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to walk us through the different options, explain how everything worked, and help us choose shades that fit both our style and budget. We never felt rushed or pressured, which we really appreciated. When it came time for installation, everything went smoothly. The installers arrived on time, were professional and respectful of our home, and made sure everything was set up perfectly. They paid attention to the little details and left everything clean when they finished. If you're considering motorized shades for your home, I highly recommend this company. The quality, professionalism, and overall experience exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.

A great experience from start to finish! We consulted with several window companies for shades before choosing NY Window Fashion. They were the most responsive and professional, and their pricing was generally in line with competitors. After our shades were already made and we had moved in, we decided we wanted CitiQuiet windows installed. NY Window Fashion stored our shades for the six-week citiquiet process and even came back to re-measure to ensure everything would still fit perfectly. Installation was seamless-they finished in about an hour (installed in the living room and two bedrooms). The installers arrived wearing shoe covers without me even having to ask! Throughout the entire process, they were patient, knowledgeable, professional, and highly responsive. If I ever need shades again, I would absolutely go back to them.

Greenpoint blinds was super fast. I got nowhere with the shade store. Greenpoint showed up the next day, added side channels to black out our huge bedroom window and he did this the next day. Now i can sleep in peace thank god. Great service, and actually there to help vs replace everything and upsell you (like shade store was trying to do). Go with a small business like this that actually cares!

My old blinds were breaking down. Not working properly with the release mechanism. Thank you professor blinds for such an amazing job. Love the new blinds. Installation done perfectly.
