Dr Lee is one of the best optometrists I've had and the people working at this location are very kind! All around one of the most pleasant and transparent experiences I've had as a glasses-wearer of two decades.
I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I found the perfect pair of glasses that fit both my needs and style. The eye exam was thorough and efficient, and everything felt very professional from start to finish. I truly appreciated the level of care and attention to detail. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and quality eyewear!
First time at LensCrafters and it was an amazing experience. The staff were all lovely, especially Daria and Raven. They were very helpful during my pretesting and post exam procedures. Dr. Lee is great; she made everything very simple to understand. Overall all of the staff kept checking to make sure I was comfortable which made the experience very calm and smooth.
Amy (the optometrist) exemplifies brisk but kind competence and confidence. The manager and Andrew (technician) were dogged in helping me solve my problem. Good experience
I had a wonderful experience at this location. Every employee is incredibly kind and professional. The doctor spent a lot of time with me, answering all my questions and providing me with a lot of helpful information. The frames selection is also great and I never felt rushed (even through my indecisiveness). Highly recommend!
