Exceptional party rental is really exceptional. Nicole made the chair rental process for my small last-minute get together easy simple, and efficient. She was able to accommodate me last minute and same day within minutes. It was an absolute pleasure! I will definitely be bringing my business to them again and would recommend to anyone interested in party rentals.
My experience was great! Nicole is very kind and professional. I rented some chairs they were great. I needed at table more of a last minute thing, she made it happen with no issues. Adam is very good worker making sure everything I needed was ready to get on the car. Their prices are amazing!! Will definitely rent again with exceptional party rental and recommend 100% to family and friends.
Truly a pleasure to work with, speak to and plan with. Have one of the best quality and unique pieces I have seen, organized and punctual.
Not to mention has an awesome team of people and suggested a great person to do ballon work and accommodated for any issues that may have occurred.
Exceptional is in the name for a reason; highly recommended.
Firstly, the items were beautiful. They were a big hit at my nieces party. They were perfect size for children age 3-7. I had a few 2 years old that safely sat at them as well and the 8 inch tables fit 12 children easily and the throne was gorgeous, easy for my 4 y/o niece to sit in. Secondly, Nicole is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, it was an awesome experience. I called several locations in Queens ( where I live) and they were
overpriced, non responsive and unorganized. I called Nicole 2 days before my event and after business hours and she was able to accommodate me in less than 30 minutes. She was so informative, made suggestions and even helped me with putting the items in the car at pick up. The shop is closed on Sundays and she accommodated me on a Sunday morning. I will travel from Queens to the Bronx to utilize her service. I Highly Recommend her and will be using her company for any other event I host. 10 stars
Now a days some businesses just go with the ordinary catch phrase and name just to get business pulls online and pay to be at the top of your search engine.
But it’s rare I say again very rare that you come across a local Bronx business minority owned and operated. But my wife and I found that diamond in the rough called Exceptional Party Rentals and Ms. Nicole. And yes their business name fits their business motto, they are the true definition of EXCEPTIONAL.
